- Collaboration in IT projects and implementation measures (Cloud systems, introduction of SaaS tools, hardware standardization, MDM, etc.).
- Documentation and independent execution of projects.

Your profile:
- Education in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist) or a degree in IT.
- Experience in administration, user management, and IAM.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of common operating systems (MacOS, Windows & Android).
- Experience with MDM / UEM Management.
- Experience in the use and implementation of SaaS tools.
- Experience with Google Workspace, MS Azure, or AWS.
- German language proficiency at level C1 or native speaker.
